Combining Users, Business and Technology

A sales professional seeking a re-entry role into the IT sector, with more than one year work experience in IT project and iOS application development and rich domain experience in the insurance, engineering and early childhood education sectors.

I started out as a design and project engineer for energy and water treatment systems and pursue my passion in a career in IT in 2014. Due to family reasons, I left the IT sector in 2015 and I have been doing insurance sales for the past 6 years. Since my family situation has stablised, I am currently holding a technical recruiter position to re-discover and seeking a re-entry role into the IT sector.

My key strengths lie in process and data analysis and solutioning design to help solve customer issues, improve user journeys on applications and enhancing user experience on products and services.
